My gut is still telling me they'll be available sometime today.

I would hope they would leave all the banter in but most professional live albums are edited in that manner...

I actually sent an e-mail to cust. service about the downloads. They didn't actually give me a date that they would be ready, but said that they were mixing them, that it would be a few more days. I was a bit worried because I am not familiar with the site and thought that I was getting ripped off but they responded the very next day. Hopefully it will be ready soon.

To be honest I think the wait is taking the p*ss more than a little. I hope they're worth waiting for or I'll not be a happy bunny...

It's more than taking the piss.

They have our email addresses, they could easily get in touch and let us know what the fuck is going on. It's just good business to do that.

Also, isn't it illegal to take payment for something before it's despatched?

Not sure about the legality, because people who brought it agreed to pay the money before it was dispatched, or many before it was even recorded. Have to look into it further though, I suppose, for any definitive answer on the matter.

It does, however, make the company look bad. It wouldn't take much to fire off a mass e-mail apologising for the wait, or even to put something up on their homepage. The way they're handling it at the moment is awful from a customer relations point of view.

*This* has been my main beef all along...if we were getting email updates regarding the delay, I'd be 100% fine, but we haven't gotten shit, which is what is so angering...and when anyone has contacted them, they've gotten the same canned response...

Within the Law & Goods bought online

Legally if payment has been taken & it has not been dispatched you are entitled to a refund.

Which is exactly what they just seem to have done - I think they read this forum  . It said we have to wait a few more days.
