Cool. That frees me up to walk around asking, "Who are these guys? What? Blur? Who's Blur? Oh, the woohoo song! Fifa '98! Right! I thought they only released that one album?"
I have more lines than you guys. _________________

| Graham has said himself that he didn't like the Morrocan direction very much and that he hadn't felt 'part of blur for a long time' before the Think Tank sessions. I think you can hear his frustration on all the songs except 'battery..' I reckon they had just about a week of him recording his ideas on top of damon's ideas and just kept in some very basic parts to a) keep fans interested in the b-sides and b) because these are the song that just about worked with him on. Don't forget that he was sorting himself out at The Priory at the time and was working on 'The Kiss of Morning', which is where his real musical direction and focus was at. There are loads of quotes from around that time that tell us he wasn't that interested in what blur were doing. His real 'angular' and experimental stage with blur was 1997 - 2000, after that I think he was hungry to explore the more british sound again, with his solo career. [/quote] |

To me the Blur album from 1997 is perfection, Grahams punk rock fusion with Damons pop ideals and such a mixture of different styles...no need for mediacation Tweeds, I feel the time and chemistry will be just right for Blur to blow us all away again! _________________ A chrome covered clone am I

I'm always ready and have been ready for Blur to blow me away!
And for the record, The Kiss of Morning kicks Think Tank's ass anyday IMHO...
