Electric Soft Parade

Postby Trimm Trabb » Sat Jun 07, 2003 11:02 am

I can't be alone here. This is the one true place where I have something in common with at least ONE other person. So does anyone like Electric Soft Parade? I got Holes In The Wall, and all the singles, (coz the b-sides are better than the singles themselves) and i adore them. Anyone else share my visions?

Yep, I've got the album, it's superb, gets better with every listen, not got any of the singles though so I can't comment on the b-sides!

download, if you can, On The Wires, Broadcast and Sumatran. They're all good!

I say this on every ESP topic - I used to go to school with the White bros. :P

Alex was in the year below me, so he was in my music group for my last year of 6th form (the two year-groups together still only totalled about 8 people for music). He's cool... we covered Tender at the schools open-evening for parents one time. And he played bass for us at my (now defunkt) band's one and only gig.

As for Tom... I didn't know him much at all. Saw him when I went to a couple of practice sessions and gigs, even before they were known as the Feltro Media. That was so long ago now... fun times.
