^ Part of me really hopes she knows she's bad and she's just doing it for a laugh...but I really don't think that's the case.

The correct answer is 'One Day Like This' by Elbow, that song is for the lowest of the low

Agreed completely. From the "everyday man anthem" feel to Guy Garvey's stupid sloppy Lancashire accent.
tom_cas1 I have to disagree, I thought the Kate Nash song was brave and it's the only song of her's that I've ever liked. It was obviously made with the objective of dividing opinion and being punk. It's fun and she looks very hot. I can't help but feel that if you went into a lovely record store like rough trade you'd probably dismiss 99% of it as "bloody noise". Sorry.

My worst song ever (written by Phil Collins, nuff said) too f*cking chipper and the perfect theme for fat money waving 80s tory yuppies:

No one's mentioned The Shaggs once? Really?

My Pal Foot Foot
Who Are Parents?
I'm So Happy When You're Near
Philosophy Of The World

Infamously dubbed by Frank Zappa as better than The Beatles, ever since I heard of this band on this very forum I became a bit obsessed with the extent of how bad this band are. This lead me to the genre of Outsider music. This music is bad but after a while becomes intoxicating. It's hard to explain why anyone would like this type of music but then again it's hard to explain why anyone likes anything, so I just let it be. Every now and then I do bring up these bands (The Shaggs, Jandek etc.) when a 'worst song/band ever' thread is about. Listening to anything (even Kate Nash's new song) after listening to those songs makes you realise it could ALWAYS be worse.

While not the worst song ever, Phil Collins' song "Two Hearts" is God awful and it plays everyday at my work.

RE: The Kate Nash Song

It was recorded and written and everything in 24 hours or so, including the video. It was just for a laugh and is not an album track.

Also, it sounds better live. She sounds far less constipated.

I actually hoped it was an album track, and that the rest of the album's in the same spirit. I'd actually buy that.
